From softball matchups to the golf mini-meets, and the showcasing of artistry in the photography exhibit, there are thrilling events happening in and around our school.The Bulldogs are making their presence felt with their softball team traveling to Dodgdon, Houston for an exciting game. Meanwhile, our golfers tee off at the Nackham Golf Club for another conference mini-meet. The excitement continues with our celebration of art and beauty, represented at the Williams Bay photo exhibit at the Barrett Memorial Library. The exhibit also features works by our student Ella Dermott, hosted by the History Club.Basking in the success of Willy Wonka the Musical Jr., there's a party in store for the cast. The celebration will take place in the choir room after school. Concurrently, the History Club Frost Park Committee has organized a work night tomorrow night to prepare Frost Park for the summer season.Turning to our classrooms, we have Sophomore Class final project presentations planned in the lecture center during homeroom this Wednesday. The Middle School Hope Squad meets with Mrs. Williamson on Friday in N134 to receive the latest Hope Squad information. Attention, D&D Club - a meeting is scheduled for Friday after school. Don't miss it; Mordekainen awaits!Good luck to everyone participating in the collage concert tomorrow. Let's support the art and music created by Williams Bay School District this year. Prom is on Saturday at the Grand Geneva, a much-awaited event facilitated at a stunning location. As an added treat, today marks the first day of the enchanting Williams Bay Art Show held at the Barrett Memorial Library. We encourage everyone to experience the captivating art pieces that embody the essence and beauty of Williams Bay. The exhibit is accessible during library hours and continues until May 11th.We've got more excitement in store with another food face-off. The previous match saw the Crispy Chicken Sandwich reigning over pizza. The big question now; will pizza face another defeat at the hands of MacStix? Or, will the Mac sticks end up dunked? Does pizza still have a fighting chance without its source? Ella and the Bulldog Barker are here once again with an exciting update on various school activities and competitive events for the baseball, softball, and golf teams. The baseball and softball teams are gearing up to take on Bigfoot, while the golf team prepares for a mini-conference meet at Bass Creek Golf Club. Good luck to all our athletes!
There are also important meetings planned for various clubs. The Driven team and the Board Game Club will have meetings during lunchtime in specific classrooms. Participate actively - we promise a fun and engaging session. Equally, The History Club will partake in a workday at Frost Park to get it summer-ready. Also, they will have a mystery meal event coming up on Wednesday - make sure to sign up!
The Ag Sci Club will gather in Mr. Anderson's classroom during High School Lunch to plant in the new grow beds. High School Hope Squad, don't forget your meeting with Ms. Williamson and Mr. Colosimo on Friday in M134. Remember, punctuality is key!
To celebrate the beauty of small-town Wisconsin, the History Club and Barrett Memorial Library will showcase Williams Bay Then and Now. An art exhibit illustrating the beautiful vistas of Williams Bay will run from this Friday through May 11th at the Barrett Memorial Library. Don't miss this visual treat!
