Today, we have a lot of exciting events and club meetings lined up that we think you'll definitely be interested in.Ever dreamt of building a combat robot? What about competing in a tournament to determine who's robot reigns supreme? BattleBots Club meets every Thursday after school in the eSports room. Our first meeting is this Thursday. Do stop by if you're interested in this exciting challenge!Middle School Art Club also holds its meeting today right after school in the art room. If art is your outlet, come by, let's channel it together and create masterpieces!For the Duke of Edinburgh participants, kindly ensure your attendance for today's meeting. The meeting will be conducted during lunch in the lecture center.Middle school lunch brings continued sales of crushed cans through Friday at $1.50 per can. They'll be delivered on the 14th, so keep ordering!Great news for our middle school students! Your activity night has been rescheduled for this Friday. So, come by from 6 to 8 and have a fantastic time with your friends!High school mathematicians, tomorrow's practice will be held during homeroom in Ms. Steele's classroom. Grab the opportunity to potentially wear the crazy chocolatier's hat yourself. Good luck!It's going to be an evening full of bouncing basketballs and cheering crowds as the boys JV2 team takes on Lincoln Academy in the elementary gym. Root for your very own Bulldogs as they are ready to bring down the Lions.The lady Bulldogs of the JV and Varsity Girls basketball teams are ready to rock and roll as they face the Parkview Vikings. Let's pack the stands and boost their morale as they ready to topple the Vikings!Also, a special call out to all middle schoolers. It's the time to express your feelings to that special someone. From now until Friday, bring in your 150 for crush cans, available during lunch and to be delivered on the 14th.Finally, as a mark of respect and patriotism, we invite those who are able, to rise and join us in saying the Pledge of Allegiance. This day sees auditions for Willy Wonka Jr., for those wanting to unlock a world of pure imagination. Be sure to talk to Miss Miles and attend auditions today and tomorrow. Our forensics team is all prepped and primed for the Trailways Conference Forensics Meet tonight, where their speeches are destined to dazzle. The Bulldogs are also gearing up for a face-off with Clinton High School. Be there to witness them transform Cougars into mere kitty cats!A busy week awaits our Middle Schoolers, as the rescheduled activity night is now on this Friday. Don't miss the fun from 6 to 8 p.m. In addition, the Middle School Student Council is selling crush cans for all of you experiencing that youthful flutter in your heart. For our sports enthusiasts, there's a volleyball players' meeting on for today during homeroom. Be there for the relatively important season info!Preparation is in full swing for the ACT test, happening this Saturday. The JV and Varsity History Bowl teams are also preparing to leave their mark at the Chicagoland Championships this weekend in Lincolnshire. Several meetings are also lined up, be it for the Board Game Club, Engineering Club, or the ambitious BattleBots Club.
