Welcome back, Bulldogs! Your devoted host, Jaden Cook, is back to give you a detailed rundown of the week's events at Williams Bay.
In the highlights, there's a crucial Duke of Edinburgh meeting happening today during lunch in Miss Soskitch's room. If you're part of the programme, make sure to show up or else no programme for you. Directly following the break, Ballgame Club is back in full swing! We urge you to stop by during lunch for some ballgame action as both cards and dice will be put to the ultimate test.
Additionally, our very own Bulldogs softball team is up against the Delavan Derry and Comets in our season home opener tonight. Similar excitement burns for our baseball team who will be hosting a stand-off against Faith Christian. The Bulldogs are all set to reign, reminding us all of the crusades!
Important note for Eighth and Tenth graders, the countdown for testing during social study classes has started. A good night's sleep will be essential tonight as the test spans both tomorrow and Wednesday. Good luck to all!
The upcoming National Honours Society induction ceremony for new members is this Wednesday, a significant achievement indeed. All current members, there's a rehearsal tomorrow, so be prepared. High school student council also has a meeting scheduled for tomorrow during lunch. Middle school student council, gear up for a meeting on Thursday during homeroom, just in time, with a dance coming up!
The week ends with some significant occasions - the Williams Bay Elementary Fun Fair where you can have plenty of fun while raising funds for the school, and the return of the D&D club campaign on Friday after school. And most notable of all, major kudos to Samuel Normington Slay, next week's Junior of the Week!
For any students taking the ACT test this Saturday, remember to rest well, eat a healthy breakfast, and go in with confidence. Let's round this all off with our heartfelt Pledge of Allegiance, affirming our unity and commitment to liberty and justice for all.
