Daily Barker: April15th, 2024

Welcome back, Bulldogs! This is Jayden and I'm here with Ella to present another episode of the Daily Barker. We are covering everything from school events to sporting meets.

This week, our golf team is taking part in a mini golf meet at Portage Country Club. The team will be tackling a par 71 course, promising challenges and opportunities for athletic brilliance. Meanwhile, our softball team is hosting the Johnson Creek Blue Jays at home and we're expecting a victorious game.

We also have school activities lined up. The History Club will hold a meeting during high school lunch in Mr. Planner's room. Also, there's an amazing Williams Bay Art Exhibit being organized by the History Club and Barrett Memorial Library. On the tech front, we remind students to use school-issued Chromebooks and prioritize online safety. For our gaming enthusiasts, there’s a Board Game Club meeting to look forward to.

Exciting news for middle schoolers - your Glow Dance is this Friday in the school gym! For our linguistically talented students, a bilingual story hour is in the works. Also, don't forget to RSVP to the Spanish club's after-school movie, We Stand and Deliver.

With the school year's end on the horizon, we encourage you to stay engaged and participate in school activities. Highlighting this, the Middle School Athletic Leadership Team and the High School Academic Bowl will be holding meetings soon.

And as always, we culminate our broadcast with the Pledge of Allegiance, reinforcing our pride as an integral part of the United States of America.
